OLIVA PLUS

The Oliva Plus project involves the ‘development of an innovative process for the production of Olive Oil with controlled nutraceutical and organoleptic parameters’. In other words, the project aims to harness the nutraceutical components of Olive Oil by formulating and developing an innovative product that enhances its recognised health properties.
