The Berio Method is an independently certified process which traces the raw materials from the olive grove.
This process confirms that the extra virgin olive oil has been sourced from integrated olive groves which are using sustainable production methods.
In the relentless pursuit of quality, the ‘Berio Method’ is combined with a wide range of tried and tested processes that go into every single bottle: harvesting at the perfect stage of ripeness, pressing within 24/48 hours, traceability, rigorous testing and control at every stage of production.
