INFORMATIVE NOTE AS PER ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03

In its role as the Data Controller, SALOV S.P.A. shall provide all users who consult and/or interact with this website with information on the processing of personal data regarding identified or identifiable subjects, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 of the “Italian Personal Data Protection Code,” and shall also describe the company’s website management policies.

LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing connected to this website’s online services takes place at company headquarters and is carried out by the technical staff at the office responsible for data processing, or by other potential staff members in charge of occasional maintenance operations. Data processing may also take place at external companies which collect data relating to site access and navigation in order to permit the proper functioning of the services in sections that require user identification. These parties may use the data collected for the technical administration of the website and potential statistical analyses concerning the use of the website itself.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data
The information systems and software procedures that control the functioning of this website acquire certain personal data during normal operations, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This regards information which is not gathered for the purpose of being associated with identified subjects, but which, due to its nature, could make it possible to identify the user through processes of elaborating and associating data held by third parties.

They are deleted immediately after being processed. MEANS OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data are processed in both paper and electronic form and with automated resources, only during the period of time needed to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected. Specific security measures are implemented to prevent data from being lost, used illegally or improperly, or accessed by unauthorized parties.

WEBSITE SECURITY MEASURES
With regard to managing the website, the company has implemented specific security measures designed to ensure secure access for the user and to protect the information contained on the website itself from being lost or destroyed, including accidentally. The antivirus software used in managing the site is periodically updated in order to avoid data loss due to computer viruses.   • to request updating, rectification, or integration of your data;
  • to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data that concern you even if they are relevant to the purpose of the collection.
